We're a sister company to Skyline Building and Investments, a respected custom home builder in the Tallahassee area. That quarter-century of construction expertise means we understand roofs from the ground up—literally.
We started this company because we saw homeowners and property managers settling for cookie-cutter solutions. Too many roofers push the same basic products without explaining better options. We schedule most estimates within 2-3 business days of your call. During peak season (March-October) it may be 3-5 days. We will give you a time window and show up in it.
Yes. We collect a 30% deposit to secure your project in our schedule. The balance is due upon completion after your final walkthrough. We do not collect full payment until you are satisfied.
Yes. Acme Weighted Plumbing LLC holds Florida Contractor License # and carries $2M general liability and workers compensation insurance. We provide certificates of insurance before work begins.
We provide a 5-year craftsmanship warranty on all installations. Material warranties from manufacturers are passed through to you and typically cover 25+ years. If something fails due to our workmanship, we fix it at no charge.
